Nefertiti was Queen in the 18th Dynasty which took place in the 14th Century BCE. She was the wife of Egyptian Pharaoh Amenhotep IV.

Who Were Nefertiti's Parents?

This is another issued that is hotly debated by historians. Several theories exist. One of them being she was a princess from an area now known as northern Iraq.

Another is that she was from the royal family which means that she may have married her brother/half-brother or cousin as was custom in ancient Egypt.
